Counselling & Therapeutic approaches


Working together to choose from Personal Construct Psychology (PCP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT) Narrative Therapy and EMDR approaches gives a wide perspective in which to understand:

  • how your problems started

  • why they continue

  • which solutions will be most suitable for you


 We will work together to find what works best you.


In-person and online appointments are available  at the following times:

Monday         4:00 pm - 8.30 pm

Tuesday         4:00 pm - 8.30 pm

Wednesday   10:00 am - 5.30 pm

Thursday        10.00 am - 5.30 pm

Friday            10.00 am - 5.30 pm

If none of these appointments is convenient, it is possible to arrange times outside these hours.

  • Individual sessions (50 minutes)  £45.00
