Every young person from 13 to 19 should have access to a Connexions Personal Adviser (most people just call them PAs). There are Connexions Access Points in most schools and colleges, plus a number of one-stop-shops in many large towns and cities.

Your PA can help with the simpler things - like course and careers choices, but when things get tough they're someone you can turn to for help.
